Billing and Insurance

We are committed to providing you with the highest quality medical care possible in a cost effective manner.  Our professional fees have been determined through careful consideration in addition to being reasonable and customary within our geographical area.  While we act on your behalf to file insurance and gain payment from your carrier, once that avenue has been exhausted, you are responsible for any payment due including co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket expenses.  Payments for cosmetic and/or non-covered services are due at the time of treatment.  Pathology charges are billed separately.  Payment plans for patients with financial concerns are available.  We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards for payment of services.
